Wow. Congrats on getting to the end of this thing.

It literally took us almost 2 years from the date we left (September 1, 2002) to get all these photos organized and posted. It was a buttload of work... but it was strangely gratifying. In fact, whenever we feel the need to escape the stresses of daily life, we find ourselves coming here and reliving some of these fantastic experiences. Helps remind us that there's still so much out there we need to see.

Speaking of which, if you want to know more about the places we've been ... then go buy a book and get there yourselves. What do we look like, an encyclopedia? (But if you do want any travel tips, definitely ask!) No seriously, growing the stones to actually get off our asses and go to some of these places was probably among the best things we've ever done. And this site serves not only as a sentimental photo album, but also as a reminder. A reminder of that constant challenge to get out there. At times we feel the need to go far, far away. But not always. Sometimes we all just need to get away for a little bit... to get out from under work and stress and all the other bullshit. That's what these photos remind us of.

So thanks for reliving it with us.
